My dvd watching today had a pleasent suprise.First Four to Doomsday, Davisons first story that he filmed which I could tell. He's not quite as "solid" in the part as his later series. I think that if you watched them in order it would seem a bit odd. He is much more squeaky than usual, he always gets that way when he yells but he ended a lot of sentences with an amusing high squeak like he was going through puberty. Waterhouse was especially annoying as Adric which I don't actually always feel it being his fault. There is a combanation of the writers not knowing what to do with him and the character being very thick socially. I didn't mind Tegan, I like how janet looks in the uniform. Its very flattering, its as if her costuming get progressively worse (the opposite of Peri) Nyssa was great as usual but it pissed me off that the story ends with her getting sick leading into Kinda.Which is apparently pronounced "Kin-dah" although I want to say "Kind-a" .That isn't on dvd! I want to see what happens next..I'll have to download that and frontios when I get back to school.

On the dvd there was a lovely feature of Davison on Pebble Mill where he talked about his career so far. He explained that on All creatures he really did have to stick his arm up a cows butt and no one would come near him afterwards. His wife who was there complained that he always makes chocolate milkshakes but doesn't share so he had to make some on set. But he made it so thick they couldn't drink it LOL!

 </div>I just felt like sharing.His character of Thomas is very cute, but that's really it. I think he did two very useful things by making creative suggestions but otherwise his character doesn't really stand out.(Except to me, he's the only guy I care about honestly. )
 He really isn't really a threat to take Lydia away from the main character. Usually in these kind of stories its the male friends that end up fighting over the girl. (Maybe they do, i've only seen volume one) Lydia's Beau is more worried about  character Alex(Jeremy Iron) who is a ladies man.

I had a job interview and although I was fully qualified the guy didn't take me seriously because I look young.
He said they were looking for a more "mature" person but he should have put that in the ad if that was importaint to him. He kept emphasizing the word "serious" that he didn't think I could take the job seriously because of my age.This isn't the first time that this has happened, I feel like Matt Smith. Age does not always go hand and hand with maturity and for a position that you haven't been able to fill for a month you shouldn't be so picky about it.

The ticket was sold at the gas station I used to work at.I remember the guy that won it, he came in every friday when he got paid a nice regular guy. He deserves it.

Sadly, I accedentally deleted the episodes of Brimstone I taped last summer from the sattilite box. The show isn't airing soon so I'm sad. And BBC America is showing Torchwood but the episodes "Adam" and "Reset" back to back. WTF? Spoilers?

I am going to watch "Something Borrowed" today because I want to see Gwen waddling around. Ianto would make a good Uncle though.

I have to get up early *sigh* to volunteer at The YMCA when it opens as part of a community service project that I'm doing with a Japanese student. She's going back home next month and I will really miss her.We are going out for pizza afterwards because its our last day together.Then I have a 10pgs paper on Journey to the west to start and a 4-5 page paper analyzing the book of Jerimiah.

I haven't heard back about the internship in D.C I applied for so I am nervous awaiting an email.I need to know if I need to pack my business clothes or put them into storage. Only three more weeks of school*pouts* I actually like school*pouts*

Overall I though my costume came out very well but it was so windy the bandana in my pocket blew away and I couldn't catch it. My hat rolled away a couple of times also. Which led to a lot of Doctorish fumbling, so it was the only time I was in character.( Pics are finally here! )
